Get Up & Go Girl is a safe place for gals between the ages of 14-17 to feel good, grow, and get up & go.

In 2016, founder Jessica Moy started Get Up & Go Girl on YouTube while she was teaching ESL at an all girls’ middle school in Busan, South Korea. She thought it would be cool to connect with her students and other girls/women around the world with these vidz that ranged in topics; from style inspo and beauty hauls to tougher convos about sexual assault and how to deal with loneliness.

After teaching for two years, Jessica travelled to Livingstone, Zambia where she mentored grade 4-6 girls focusing on teamwork, female health, and improving English reading/writing skills. Jessica has moved back to her hometown of Toronto and expanded Get Up & Go Girl to local libraries, holding workshops within the communities of Ontario, Canada.

The goal of these interactive workshops are to expand the minds of teen girls, have #realtalk conversations, be inspired, get creative, build confidence, support one another, and (THE BEST PART!) make a ton of new BFFs.
